The plot of the film tells the story of the life and struggle of Swami Prem Dhan Payao-Japaya, who was born in 1886 and died in 1923. He was one of the leaders of the Ramakrishna movement. Swami is the son of the “mother of all teachers” – Saraswati Vasant Laj. In 1895, after the death of his father, Swami, together with his sister Gada Kumar Das Swami, finally decided to devote himself to religious activities. He abandoned his wealthy parents, who could not give him some sort of religious freedom, and decided to live on a general donation. From 1890, when he was born, the young man lived in strict asceticism, renouncing the benefits of civilization, and was full of unwavering determination to achieve enlightenment. During his college years, Swati Prem also became interested in the teachings of the great English theosophist C. S. Lewis (1898-1963).
